1. Service Description

Disposable Events provides a digital disposable camera service for events. Event organizers create camera-enabled event pages, and guests capture photos through their phone's browser without downloading any application.

2. Account Registration

To create events, you must sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Event Creation and Content

As an event organizer, you are responsible for the content of your event, including any photos uploaded by guests. You warrant that your event does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Guest Usage

Guest users of Disposable Events do not need accounts. Each guest receives an anonymous token. Guests are responsible for the photos they take and warrant they have consent to photograph event attendees.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy. All sales are final. If you experience technical issues preventing your event from functioning, contact us for resolution. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Data Retention

Photos are stored for 90 days after the event ends. After this period, all photo data is permanently deleted. We recommend downloading your photos before the retention period expires.

Disposable Events is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including loss of photos.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
